A `rental checklist` is a pretty generic term, so there is really no exact answer to the question. For the purposes of this article, it refers to a document that the landlord (or property manager) and the tenant review before moving in and when moving out to look for damage, missing items, or other liabilities. These items could affect the amount that the tenant receives back from their security deposit and should be carefully monitored by both parties to ensure fair dissolution of the lease.

A manual system gives a small business owner a greater sense of control, this allows the owner to know the true count due to theft, damage, expiry, and unforeseen circumstances. Ideal for schools, universities, charity organization, church, mosque and etc for inventory checks.

It depends entirely on what the event planner is comfortable with. Event planners have the reputation of being highly organized and detailed, but how we get organized and detailed is via our checklists. The trick here is how we bridge our checklists to effectively communicate details to clients, vendors and event attendees.

Each day sit down and make out a list of tasks that you will need to do that day. Alternatively you can do this on a weekly basis, moving to a daily basis as you get nearer to your wedding date. These mini checklists will be more detailed and provide a break down of those tasks which are on your main wedding planning checklist. A good tip is to ask anyone you know who has recently got married if they still have their checklists as they can be helpful if you get stuck.
