Restaurant forms and checklists are essential documents, both for people in the business already and those wanting to venture into something on their own. The first thing that most of us do when wanting to test unknown waters is to take the help of established guidelines that are in place already. These essential documents inform the user on the procedures to be followed, the necessary licenses to be obtained to start and maintain a business, protocols to be followed etc.
It can be hard for landlords to collect all the documents that they need to rent their place before listing and showing it for the first time. New landlords and property managers will find this even harder, as they are not sure what to expect before getting someone in the door. Though there are several important forms that need to be used to rent the property (rental lease forms, rental applications, etc) some of the less critical (or legally required) forms still have a practical purpose in the process and should not be left out.

This is not an exhaustive list of all available resources, but instead is a collection of the materials most commonly used to plan and apply for SDOT-permitted projects. Projects with significant impacts to the public right of way may require a construction-management plan (CMP) and haul-route plan. These early planning tool helps ensure a smooth-running project by identifying potential problems up front.

Almost everything that constitutes the dwelling - inside and out - should be included in the checklist. The more specific and detailed the rental checklist is, the more beneficial for both parties (though in general, its more beneficial for the landlord as it ensures that the tenant knows what they are responsible for). If the unit is a multi-family home or large complex, the exterior of the property probably does not need to be included as the property manager is almost always responsible for maintenance and upkeep.

One of the tools you can use to get things structured and organized is the "Project Checklist". This checklist is a roadmap to setup and put a framework around the project before it gets started.
